01The service
Imagable provides AI image editing and generation tools. Free usage is offered as-is; paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be canceled anytime, taking effect at the end of the current period.
02Credits
The exact credit cost is shown before processing. Credits are reserved when a task starts and charged for successful outputs; confirmed technical failures release the corresponding reservation. Subscription credits are issued monthly and unused credits expire at the next monthly credit renewal, including on annual plans. Credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Welcome credits expire after 30 days.
03Your content
You retain the rights you hold in uploaded content. Only submit content you are entitled to use, including appropriate consent for images of other people. Generated outputs may be subject to the selected model’s terms; a subscription does not guarantee exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights.
04Prohibited use
No illegal content, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no impersonation intended to deceive, no attempts to extract or abuse the underlying models. Violations lead to account termination without refund.
05Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
